Free cancellation — up to 24 hours before
Cancel or reschedule for free any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled clean. No charge, no questions asked. You can do this directly through the confirmation email or by contacting us at hello@maidless.ca.
Cancellations within 24 hours
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a $50 late-cancellation fee applies. This covers the time your cleaner has already blocked out and the short-notice cost of losing that slot.
We understand emergencies happen. If you have an exceptional circumstance, reach out and we'll do our best to work with you.
Lockout / no access
If your cleaner arrives and cannot access your home (locked out, wrong address, no answer), a $75 lockout fee applies to cover travel and blocked time. Please double-check your address, buzzer code, and entry instructions before your appointment.
Rescheduling
Need to move your appointment? Rescheduling is always free when done 24+ hours in advance. We'll find you the next available time slot that works. Contact us at hello@maidless.ca or call 604-330-0311.
Recurring plans — pause or cancel anytime
On a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly plan? You can pause or cancel your recurring plan at any time with no penalty. Just give us 24 hours' notice before your next scheduled clean so we can inform your cleaner.
There are no contracts and no lock-in periods. We keep customers by being great, not by trapping them.
