You can get an instant price quote without entering any payment info. Payment details are only required at the final step, and your card is charged securely through Stripe at the time of booking.

When am I charged?

Payment is collected upfront at the time of booking via Stripe. If anything is missed, our 100% Happiness Guarantee means we'll send your cleaner back to re-clean that area at no charge.

Can I book same-day?

Yes, subject to cleaner availability in your city. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time, but same-day bookings are possible when slots are open.

How long does each clean take?

Duration depends on your home size and service type. Here's a general guide:

Standard Clean: 1 bed/1 bath ~1.5–2h · 2 bed/2 bath ~2.5–3h · 3 bed/2 bath ~3–4h · 4 bed/3 bath ~4–5h

Deep Clean: Roughly 1.5–2× the Standard Clean time for the same home size.

Move In/Out: Similar to Deep Clean — plan for 4–7 hours depending on size and condition.

Recurring: Same as Standard Clean. Homes on recurring plans often get faster over time as your cleaner learns your space.

How many cleaners will be sent?

For 1–3 bedroom homes, we send 1 professional cleaner. For 4–5 bedroom homes or larger Deep Clean and Move In/Out jobs, we send a team of 2 to ensure quality and efficiency. The number of cleaners is factored into your price automatically.

What does a Standard Clean include?

Standard covers all bathrooms and kitchen (counters, stovetop, sink, appliance exteriors), vacuuming and mopping all floors, dusting surfaces, and tidying common areas. You'll get a full 50-point checklist in your booking confirmation.

What's the difference between Standard and Deep Clean?

A Standard Clean is your regular maintenance service. A Deep Clean goes further — inside the oven and fridge, inside cabinets, baseboards, behind furniture, window sills, and all the spots that only get done periodically.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes. Every cleaner arrives with professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products and all necessary equipment. If you have a product preference (fragrance-free, specific brand, or your own products), note it when you book.

Are your products pet-safe and child-safe?

Yes. We use non-toxic, eco-friendly products that are safe for pets, children, and people with sensitivities. If you have specific requirements or allergies, please mention them in the Special Instructions field when booking.

Do you clean inside the oven and fridge?

Inside the oven and fridge are included in Deep Clean and Move In/Out bookings. For Standard Cleans, we clean the exterior of appliances only. You can add appliance interiors as an extra when booking.

Yes — every Maidless cleaner passes a full criminal record check, identity verification, reference checks, and a 60-minute in-person interview. We accept fewer than 1% of applicants.

Are you insured?

Yes. All Maidless cleaners are covered by $5M in general liability insurance. You're protected against accidental damage from day one.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Most clients aren't home. You can provide entry instructions (lockbox code, concierge access, key drop) in the Special Instructions field when booking. You'll receive a notification when the clean is complete.

Contact us within 24 hours of your clean and we'll assess the situation. All bookings are covered by our $5M liability insurance. We take these reports seriously and resolve them fairly.

Choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We assign the same cleaner to your home for every visit. You save up to 20% versus one-time pricing, and your cleaner learns exactly how you like things done.

Yes — with a recurring plan, we assign a dedicated cleaner to your home. If your regular cleaner is ever unavailable, we'll notify you and match you with a vetted backup.

Can I pause or cancel my recurring plan?

Yes, anytime. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Just give us 24 hours' notice before your next scheduled clean so we can inform your cleaner.

How much do recurring plans save?

Weekly saves 20%, bi-weekly saves 15%, and monthly saves 10% off the one-time price. Discounts apply from your very first recurring clean.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

What if I cancel less than 24 hours before?

A $50 late-cancellation fee applies to cover your cleaner's reserved time. If you have an emergency, contact us and we'll do our best to work with you.

What is your happiness guarantee?

If you're not satisfied with any part of your clean, contact us within 24 hours. We'll send your cleaner back to re-do that area at no charge. If we can't make it right, you get a full refund.
