Our Move In/Out clean requires unobstructed access to every surface, appliance, and corner. A property that still has furniture or boxes in it cannot be cleaned to this standard.
Document the condition before and after
Always take timestamped photos of the property both before and immediately after the clean. This protects you in any deposit dispute. We can provide a post-clean report on request.

How far in advance should I book?

At least 48–72 hours for mid-month moves. For end-of-month move-outs, book 5–7 days ahead — those dates fill extremely fast in BC.

We need the property to be empty or nearly empty to clean properly. Contact us and we can work out a timing plan that fits your move schedule.

Do you provide a receipt or report for the landlord?

Yes — we can provide a dated service receipt and post-clean notes upon request, which can be used as supporting documentation in a deposit return.
