Standard Clean Checklist
Kitchen
- Countertops wiped and sanitized
- Stovetop cleaned (burner grates and drip pans)
- Range hood exterior wiped
- Sink scrubbed and faucets polished
- Microwave cleaned inside and out
- Dishwasher exterior wiped
- Fridge exterior wiped
- All cabinet fronts wiped down
- Backsplash wiped
- Floor swept and mopped
- Garbage emptied
Bathrooms (each)
- Toilet scrubbed inside, outside, and behind (base)
- Shower and/or tub scrubbed — tile, grout, doors/curtain
- Sink and faucet scrubbed and polished
- Mirror cleaned streak-free
- Vanity and counter wiped
- Towel bars and toilet paper holder wiped
- Floor swept and mopped
- Garbage emptied
Bedrooms (each)
- All surfaces dusted (nightstands, dressers, shelves)
- Mirrors cleaned
- Floor vacuumed (carpet) or swept/mopped (hardwood)
- Under beds vacuumed if accessible
- Window sills wiped
Living Areas
- All surfaces dusted — furniture tops, shelves, TV stand
- Cushions fluffed and straightened
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Window sills wiped
- Light switches and door handles wiped
Deep Clean Additions
Deep cleans include everything above plus:
- Inside oven cleaned
- Inside fridge and freezer
- Inside all kitchen cabinets and drawers
- Baseboards throughout
- Window sills and tracks
- Light fixtures and ceiling fans
- Detailed grout scrubbing in bathrooms
- Behind and under furniture where accessible
Move-Out Clean Additions
Move-out cleans include everything in the deep clean plus:
- Inside all drawers throughout the home
- Walls spot-cleaned
- All closets cleared and fully cleaned
- Behind all appliances
- Laundry room if applicable
What's Not Included in Any Service
- Exterior window washing (requires ladder equipment)
- Laundry or dishwashing
- Carpet shampooing
- Biohazard cleaning
- Heavy clutter removal or organization
