Vaughan is one of Canada's most affluent municipalities by per-capita income, with a housing stock that skews heavily toward large custom homes on premium lots. Woodbridge, Kleinburg, Maple, and Vellore Village each have distinct characters — and distinct cleaning requirements. Here's what Vaughan homeowners need to know.
Vaughan's Premium Communities
Woodbridge
The established heart of Vaughan's Italian-Canadian community, known across the GTA for its custom-built homes and premium finishes. Woodbridge homes typically range from 3,500 to 6,000+ sq ft, with marble countertops, natural hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, and high-end appliances. Using the wrong product on these surfaces causes permanent damage — acidic cleaners etch marble; abrasive pads scratch stainless and engineered hardwood. Maidless uses pH-neutral cleaners on all natural stone, microfibre-only cloths on premium appliances, and never abrasive pads.
Kleinburg
A heritage village in Vaughan's northwest — estate properties on large lots, some over an acre, with custom homes that blend seamlessly into the Humber River valley. Kleinburg homes are among the most prestigious in the GTA. Many have pool houses, cabanas, and extensive outdoor areas alongside the main residence. Recurring weekly cleaning is the standard service.
Maple and Vellore Village
Newer planned communities with large luxury homes built in the 2000s–2010s. Strong demand for recurring bi-weekly cleaning from professional families. Post-construction cleaning for ongoing renovations and additions is also in demand.
