Post-construction cleaning is in high demand — and it requires fundamentally different equipment and technique than a standard deep clean.
Why Post-Construction Cleaning Is Different
Drywall dust is 1–10 microns — fine enough to pass through a standard vacuum and recirculate into the air. Our post-construction crews use HEPA-filter vacuums rated to 0.3 microns. We HEPA-vacuum every surface ceiling-to-floor before any wiping begins.
Grout haze on new tile requires a diluted acidic solution. Standard scrubbing won't remove it. Wrong concentration etches the tile.
Adhesive residue on glass and appliances requires specific solvents safe for the substrate underneath.
