Why Post-Construction Cleaning Requires Specialist Equipment
Drywall dust is 1–10 microns — fine enough to pass through a standard vacuum filter and recirculate into the air. HEPA-filter vacuums rated to 0.3 microns are required. We HEPA-vacuum every surface ceiling-to-floor before any wiping begins.
Grout haze on new tile requires a diluted acidic solution — not scrubbing. Wrong concentration etches the tile. Correct technique removes it completely.
Adhesive residue on glass and appliances requires specific solvents safe for the substrate. Wrong product on new stainless steel or glass causes permanent damage.
