Toronto Condo Building Rules for Cleaning Services
Booking a professional cleaning service for your Toronto condo comes with a few logistics specific to high-rise buildings that house cleaning in a detached home doesn't. Here's everything you need to know to make your first condo cleaning booking go smoothly.
Elevator Booking
Most Toronto condo buildings require service and delivery elevators to be booked in advance for anything involving significant trips up and down — including professional cleaning services with equipment bags and vacuum cleaners. Some buildings require 24–48 hours advance notice for elevator booking. Check with your concierge or property management and pass the booking time window to your cleaning service. Visitor Parking
Most Toronto condo buildings have visitor parking that can be reserved for service visitors. Some buildings don't have visitor parking at all (especially downtown).
