Premium Finishes in High-Floor Condos
Premium high-rise units typically have: engineered hardwood or marble tile, quartz or natural stone countertops, glass-panel showers, and high-end fixture packages. Required protocol: pH-neutral products on all stone surfaces, dry microfibre pads only on hardwood, streak-free technique on floor-to-ceiling glass, careful handling of premium fixtures throughout.
